AUTOCONTROL has launched a new consumer awareness campaign as part of the commitment acquired by EASA with the European Commission to raise awareness of advertising self-regulation systems.
This year, the campaign coincides with the celebration of AUTOCONTROL’s 30th anniversary — three decades supporting the advertising industry in its efforts to develop creative and effective, yet also responsible campaigns, helping to prevent compliance and reputational risks.
The new creative concept — developed pro bono by the agency TBWA — is also a tribute to the evolution of advertising over these past three decades, and to the essential role AUTOCONTROL has played, thanks to the industry’s commitment, as a trusted promoter of best practices. As in previous years, it aims to strengthen the value of advertising self-regulation and highlight the sector’s ongoing commitment to society, public authorities, and the growing challenges of the digital and regulatory landscape.
The campaign will also benefit from generous media planning support from DENTSU, and will be broadcast pro bono on television, outdoor, print, radio, cinema, digital and social networks, thanks to the volunteer efforts of many media professionals.
